Shipping

You’ve ordered and now you’re ready to go! All One Theory products are shipped from US fulfillment centers, and we strive to get all orders out to you on a timely basis. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends, holidays, or periods of high volume ordering.

 

You’ll receive tracking info within 24 hours of the item being shipped. If you have not heard from us, email our customer care team at customercare@onetheoryusa.com  and we’ll look into it immediately.

The shipping speeds you’ll see at checkout are dependent on your location and the location of the closest stocking warehouse to you. Most orders are eligible for FREE 2-day shipping.  Currently we only ship within the USA, including Alaska & Hawaii. (Please note that P.O. boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping methods and can only able to be delivered via USPS.)

COVID-19 Update: All carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS have removed delivery guarantees. This may impact our ability to maintain a high on-time delivery rate. USPS and DHL are especially experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so please allow an additional 5 calendar days before you contact our support team about late delivery.

 

Order Modifications
We ask all customers to carefully review orders prior to submitting them. Mistakes happen to the best of us—we can totally vouch for that!

Because our order fulfillment process moves quite swiftly, we’re usually unable to cancel or modify orders after they’ve been placed. But hey, shoot your shot! Email our customer care team at customercare@onetheoryusa.com  and we’ll try to see what we can do. While we can’t promise you that we’ll be able to accommodate your request once the order wheels start turning, we can promise you that we’ll try our best!
